Unless the customer shall, promptly after delivery notify BroadSkill Limited in writing of any defects found, the products/services will be deemed to have been accepted on delivery.
In the event BroadSkill Limited is notified, as above, of a defect, then BroadSkill Limited will review the circumstances of each claim individually and may in its absolute discretion decide to offer the customer a refund.

While BroadSkill Limited tries to ensure that prices stated on our website are accurate, the prices stated on our website are indicative only and we are not responsible for errors in these prices. We will confirm the price when we send you confirmation of order.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
